In Family Mediation a trained family mediator will help couples to discuss and negotiate all aspects of their separation in the hope that they can then reach a joint decision about their futures. This will include financial matters, future arrangements for any children as they transition from being partners to co-parents, and any other issues that are important to both parties.
By its very nature mediation is often less positional and confrontational than Court proceedings and can be quicker, less stressful and less expensive in the long term than a lengthy Court process. We can help you to navigate the mediation process by offering advice, help and support throughout.
