Our solicitors are members of the Law Society of England and Wales, which regulates the issue of annual practising certificates to solicitors. This process includes their being satisfied about levels of professional indemnity insurance cover and payment of contributions to the Solicitors Compensation Fund.
Legal Executives within Raworths are members of the Institute of Legal Executives and are regulated by ILEX Professional Standards (IPS) and comply with their Code of Conduct.
Raworths holds the nationally acclaimed Investors in People (Silver Accreditation) which recognises the investment that we make in our people to help develop our business and provide the best possible service. The firm’s current accreditation runs until 2021.
In 2000 we became only the 45th firm of solicitors in England and Wales, out of 8000 practices, to be accredited as operating to the Law Society’s, Lexcel, Practice Management Standards. This involves an annual external audit, to ensure that we comply with the high Lexcel standards.
