No two sites are the same and by acting for developers throughout the whole project, we can provide tailored advice and efficiencies through our full understanding of the particular development.   We provide a full service to residential and commercial developers from the acquisition of the site through to the individual plot sales or unit leases.

We are able to act for developers at all stages in both the residential and commercial sectors  We also act for tenants taking commercial units within newly built developments which means we thoroughly understand the important issues from all parties’ perspectives.

In addition, we act for the banks financing the developments to ensure that their interests are safeguarded.

We advise both developers and landowners on:

  • promotion agreements whereby the developer looks to enhance land value by securing residential planning permission and share the value of the uplift with the landowner; and
  • option agreements whereby the developer has an option to purchase property from a landowner once the planning permission has been secured.
