This includes a title review (identifying all rights and restrictions that affect the property), raising enquiries about the property with the seller, and carrying out and advising on appropriate searches. We negotiate the transaction paperwork, including the contract and transfer deed, and progress them to completion. Post-completion matters are then dealt with, such as Stamp Duty Land Tax submission to HMRC and registration of the purchase at the Land Registry.
Bank funding for the purchase will often be required. We are on a number of bank panels and understand what they need, so we can guide you through the process.
