Sales & Purchases

Buying and selling commercial properties can be a major business decision. Our Commercial Property team can deal with the entire transaction from start to finish, ensuring that the process runs as smoothly as possible.


We carry out detailed due diligence of the property to give you peace of mind before completing the purchase.

This includes a title review (identifying all rights and restrictions that affect the property), raising enquiries about the property with the seller, and carrying out and advising on appropriate searches.  We negotiate the transaction paperwork, including the contract and transfer deed, and progress them to completion.  Post-completion matters are then dealt with, such as Stamp Duty Land Tax submission to HMRC and registration of the purchase at the Land Registry.

Bank funding for the purchase will often be required.  We are on a number of bank panels and understand what they need, so we can guide you through the process.


We provide the buyer with clear and accurate information about the property.  We negotiate the transaction paperwork, including the contract and transfer deed, and progress them to completion as swiftly as possible.  If the property is subject to a mortgage we will liaise with your bank to ensure that the loan secured against the property is dealt with on completion.
