An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly experienced residential property team.
The team will consist of 3 fee earners and 2 support staff and we are looking for qualified candidates (from 4 years PQE) who will share our vision of providing consistently excellent service to clients. We will consider applications from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.
You will be working within a busy team that is a fully integrated part of a single site, full service, growing firm that has an excellent reputation and client base. The ability to work as part of a team and an alignment with the firm’s values are essential. This is a fantastic fee earning opportunity to join a well-established team and handle a variety of client work.
Candidates will be involved in a range of high quality conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers, newbuilds, leasehold and shared ownership which is led by consistently delivering high quality client service. The role will also require candidates to be involved in business development and building relationships with referrers.
