Quality

Raworths has been a pioneer in the application of quality standards to the work of a solicitor's practice. We were one of the first firms in the country to be granted a Legal Services Commission Franchise and we have, as you can see below, since added to our collection of quality standards and specialisms. We are convinced that the discipline of regular external auditing of our systems and service,  although tedious at the time, does help maintain high standards for the benefit of our clients and the firm.

	In 1999 we achieved the nationally acclaimed Investors in People standard which recognises the investment that we make in our people to help develop our business and provide the best possible service.
	In 2000 we became only the 45th firm of solicitors in England and Wales, out of 8000 practices, to be accredited as operating to the Law Society's, Lexcel, Practice Management Standards. This involves an annual external audit, to ensure that we comply with the high Lexcel standards.
	Christopher Butterworth is a Practitioner Member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Civil/Commercial Mediation Specialist Accreditation Scheme.
	Zoe Robinson is one of very few Advanced members of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Family Law Specialist Accreditation Scheme in North Yorkshire.
	Carmelita Ardren is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Family Law Specialist Accreditation Scheme.
	We are members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association), and subscribe to their Code of Practice.
	Christopher Butterworth and Deborah Boylan are CEDR accredited Mediators
