Raworths has been a pioneer in the application of quality standards to the work of a solicitor's practice. We were one of the first firms in the country to be granted a Legal Services Commission Franchise and we have, as you can see below, since added to our collection of quality standards and specialisms. We are convinced that the discipline of regular external auditing of our systems and service, although tedious at the time, does help maintain high standards for the benefit of our clients and the firm.

| Our solicitors are members of the Law Society of England and Wales, which regulates the issue of annual practising certificates to solicitors. This process includes their being satisfied about levels of professional indemnity insurance cover and payment of contributions to the Solicitors Compensation Fund. |
