2022 celebrates 10 years of Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival and we will once again be drawing together great writing and leading thinkers, sharing stories to as wide an audience as possible with a diverse programme designed to entertain, inspire, educate, challenge and amuse.
This year’s programme welcomes Countdown’s Queen of Dictionary Corner Susie Dent, Antiques Roadshow’s Ronnie Archer-Morgan, President of the Supreme Court Lady Hale, historical fiction heavyweight Robert Harris and a host of other household names to Harrogate.
Plus the Festival heads outside with a host of free activities for all the family. Keep an eye out for our Raworths Run, the perfect opportunity for that energy boost to get you through the day, and our Pinewoods Book Trail, a cosy autumn walk in a beautiful setting where you can test your book knowledge with the whole family. If a trail outdoors isn’t for you, then pair beers with books and prosecco with prose in our Publit Trial across Harrogate’s best-loved spots. And don’t miss our spectacular, giant digital installation projected outside The Crown Hotel called Talking Heads.
Simon Morris, Managing Partner at Raworths comments: “This is one of the premier literary festivals in the UK, and we are delighted once again to have our name associated with this wonderful four-day celebration of books and writing. 2022 marks a decade of sponsoring the Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival, and each and every year it gets bigger and better.”
