Rachel has been highly regarded as a private client expert for many years by clients and other professionals. She has excellent working relationships with accountants, investment brokers, financial advisers and other lawyers. She has over 25 years’ experience of dealing with wills, trusts and wider succession issues for individuals and families. She advises on structures to pass on wealth and businesses in tax efficient and family-appropriate ways. She often acts for several generations of the same family, providing a “virtual private office” service.
Rachel acts as a trustee for many private trusts and a small number of charities, and also advises professional and lay trustees on their duties.
