Kate is a Solicitor in the Trusts, Wills and Estates team. She deals with a variety of private client matters from putting in place Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney to advising trustees on the creation and winding up of trusts.
She has extensive experience in estate administration, including those comprising assets overseas, and works with families, charities and executors when settling the affairs of someone on their death.
Kate can advise on gifting and other aspects of lifetime tax planning. She has also made numerous Court of Protection applications.
