Jennifer has experience with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, acting for a variety of owner managed and SME clients.
In corporate transactions, Jennifer has assisted with business acquisitions/disposals as well as company mergers and reorganisations. She also advises on corporate governance and general English company law matters, such as share buybacks and swaps; share reclassifications; option agreements; articles of association; and shareholders’ agreements.
In the commercial sphere, Jennifer has worked on a range of agreements and arrangements, including consultancy agreements; introducer agreements; contracts for the supply of goods and/or services; and terms and conditions for B2B and B2C organisations.
Jennifer’s keen eye for detail, analytical mind and quick grasp ensures that the matters she deals with run as smoothly as possible for clients.
