Adam acts for commercial and private clients including SMEs and business owners, private membership organisations, high net worth individuals and commercial/private landlords. He acts in a broad range of contentious matters including contractual disputes, commercial and private debt recovery matters and professional negligence disputes.
Adam is regularly instructed in relation to disputes concerning property, ranging from boundary disputes and claims in trespass to advising on commercial landlord and tenant matters, commercial rent recovery and residential possession matters. He also has experience in complex litigation involving defamation, harassment, shareholder disputes and professional negligence.
Adam works closely with clients to provide practical advice to help them achieve the best possible outcome.
