Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival celebrates great writing and leading authors and features a programme designed to entertain, inspire, educate, challenge and amuse.

At the forefront of the literary scene thanks to its stellar line-up of literary names, the Festival was picked out as ‘One of the Top 3 Literary Festivals in the UK’ by The Guardian.

This year’s speakers include former Scotland First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, Conservative MP and former chancellor Jeremy Hunt, TV personality Chris Tarrant, presenter John Suchet and comedian, actress and author Helen Lederer, and cricketing legend Graham Gooch.

Also appearing is economist Sir Partha Dasgupta, historian Kate Vigurs, as well as the creators of the popular audio drama podcast Victoriocity Chris and Jen Sugden.
