Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains how Raworths LLP ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.raworths.co.uk (the "website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit. Cookies let a website remember your device and your choices, either for a single visit or for a period of time. Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies) and some are set by services we use on the website (third-party cookies).
Similar technologies, such as scripts and local storage, work in a comparable way. For simplicity this policy refers to all of them as "cookies".
2. How we use cookies
We keep the cookies on this website to a minimum. We use them for two purposes only:
- Making the website work and keeping it secure. These cookies are needed for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They remember your cookie choices and protect our enquiry and job application forms from automated spam.
- Understanding how the website is used. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics about how visitors find and use the website, such as which pages are read most and which devices are used. This helps us improve the website. These cookies are not set, and no analytics data is sent to Google, unless you accept them.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share cookie data for marketing purposes. The "Functional", "Performance" and "Advertisement" categories in our cookie settings are shown so that you can see our full position: no cookies are currently in use in those categories.
3. The cookies we use
The table below is generated automatically from our cookie settings and is kept up to date as the website changes.

| Cookie | Duration | Description |
|---|---|---|
| cookieyes-consent | Set by CookieYes to remember the visitor's consent choices so the banner is not shown again. | |

Functional
Analytics
| Cookie | Duration | Description |

4. Google Analytics
When you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (GA4) sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visitors and record visits. Google processes this information on our behalf to produce reports about website usage. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses, and we have not enabled any advertising features. If you reject analytics cookies, the Google Analytics script does not load at all.
Google's own explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. Google reCAPTCHA
Our enquiry and job application forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated submissions. reCAPTCHA sets the _GRECAPTCHA cookie on pages that contain a form. It is classed as a necessary cookie because the forms cannot be protected without it. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Your choices
When you first visit the website, a banner asks you to accept or reject optional cookies, or to customise your choice by category. Necessary cookies are always on.
You can change your mind at any time:
- by using the cookie icon in the corner of every page, or
- by clicking here: Change my cookie settings
We also respect the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, optional cookies are treated as rejected without you needing to use the banner.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge explain how. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the website, including the forms, from working.
7. Your rights
Information collected through cookies that can identify you is personal data, and you have rights over it under UK data protection law, including the right to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights and how to exercise them. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change, for example if we add a new service to the website. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we start using cookies for a new purpose, the banner will ask for your consent again.
