We are currently recruiting for the position of Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy Business Services Team.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of the firm, welcoming clients and handling enquiries both in person and over the telephone.
This is a varied and fast paced position and alongside contact with clients, candidates will provide essential administration support to colleagues across the firm. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing post, archiving and undertaking a range of administrative and housekeeping tasks.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering the highest level of client service, and will bring a positive, proactive attitude to their work. The ability to be flexible and an alignment with the firms’ values are essential.
