An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly experienced residential property team.
The team consists of 3 Residential Conveyancers and 3 support staff and due to growth we are looking for an experienced Conveyancer who will share our vision of providing consistently excellent service to clients.
You will be working within a busy team that is a fully integrated part of a single site, full service, growing firm that has an excellent reputation and client base. The ability to work as part of a team and an alignment with the firm’s values are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and handle a variety of client work.
Candidates will be involved in a range of high quality conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers, newbuilds, leasehold and shared ownership transaction from instruction to completion. You will be expected to deliver exceptional client service with a personal, responsive, and professional approach, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who not only has strong technical knowledge and attention to detail but also possesses excellent communication and client care skills. A commercial mindset and an interest for business development are essential, as you will play a key role in helping to grow the team’s client base and build relationships with referrers.
