Susannah is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team at Raworths.
She has extensive experience of advising commercial lenders and held in-house roles with major high street banks, where she specialised in insolvency matters and provided legal support to the bank’s corporate real estate teams.
Her practice also encompasses a broad range of commercial property matters, including property sales and acquisitions, retail landlord and tenant work, and the acquisition and disposal of development land.
