Resolving Disputes

Whether your issues are commercial or business related, family or personal, we have the depth of experience, imagination and expertise to help you solve your problems.

Due to continuing client demand for its services we have an exciting opportunity to join Raworths’ Dispute Resolution team which has consistently had its work, and that of its lawyers, ranked in Chambers UK and the Legal 500 (Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation and Agriculture & Estates work).

The team currently consists of 2 Partners, a Senior Associate, a Trainee Solicitor and a Legal Assistant. We are looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in contentious work and share our ethos of providing bespoke and tailored legal services to our high quality client base.

The candidate would ideally have some experience of dispute resolution work, but this is not essential. The most important attributes are the desire to learn, an ability to work well as part of a small but specialist team, a forensic attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills and to be commercially minded. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to push themselves out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves by working, with appropriate support, across a wide and interesting field of contentious work.

The work that the team is involved in is varied, which provides a solid learning platform for those who wish to increase their legal knowledge within dispute resolution and build a rewarding career.

Candidates will be working with a wide range of commercial clients, high net worth individuals, landed estates and not for profit organisations both locally and from much further afield so must be passionate about delivering consistently high levels of quality work.
