Catherine specialises in all aspects of Employment Law providing clients with tailored and practical guidance and advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR issues.
The types of matters that Catherine regularly deals with include disciplinary and grievance issues, re-structures, redundancies, TUPE, drafting and advising on contracts and policies, whistleblowing and all aspects of discrimination. Catherine handles all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims and frequently advises on the use of and negotiation of settlement agreements.
Catherine has provided training to clients and line managers on a variety of topics.
