John Carter deals with a broad range of commercial property matters. He negotiates leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants and advises on issues that arise during leases. John acts for sellers and purchasers on commercial property sales and also deals with secured business loans. In addition John has one years’ post-qualification experience as a litigation solicitor so he is experienced at resolving disputes.
