Raworths (pronounced “Rayworths”) was formed in 1886 by Edwin Raworth and operates from the spa town of Harrogate dealing with clients far and wide, but in particular serving the surrounding areas centred on Knaresborough, Ripon, Boroughbridge, Bedale, Wetherby and North Leeds, along with the rural areas of Nidderdale, Wensleydale and the Vale of York.

Over the years we have attracted a number of specialist professional staff who have left more commercially orientated regional city practices for the more co-operative and satisfying environment that Raworths provides.

We operate through two specialist teams providing our services to business and private clients. Within these teams are specialist Units dealing with corporate and commercial work; commercial property; dispute resolution; employment law; Wills, Trusts & Probate; residential conveyancing; rural and agricultural; and family and children law.
