Resolving Disputes

Disputes are an unavoidable fact of life, but when they happen it is essential to find a quick, effective and practical solution to the situation. Whether your issues are commercial or business related, family or personal, we have the depth of experience, imagination and expertise to help you solve your problems.

Situations often arise where businesses or groups of individuals are involved in projects where they are all working towards a common goal but where problems arise for one reason or another, often involving personality clashes or cultural differences, and things start falling apart. Everyone would like to achieve the desired outcome but direct contact just isn’t working.

We have experience of being brought in as a neutral third party to chair a dialogue or be a facilitator to help get the parties through their problems and work effectively to the intended outcome. Every situation is different and involves discussion and designing the most appropriate process to help produce the desired result. This will include considering confidentiality requirements, who should be involved, timing, venue, necessary documentation etc. The process is entirely flexible.

This service is used far less than it could be and is particularly suitable in business or political environments where there is desired outcome which is being thwarted by the ability of the parties involved to get there. It is also suitable where consultation is required with a number of disparate groups with apparently conflicting interests.
