Solicitors Regulation Authority
Raworths is a legal disciplinary Limited Liability Partnership (OC 317670) with Solicitor, Legal Executive and corporate members and partners. We are subject to statutory regulation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (no. 439478), which demands compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct and requires high standards of integrity, confidentiality, continuous professional development and competence.
Investors in People, Gold
Raworths holds the nationally acclaimed Investors in People accreditation at Gold level, recognising the way we invest in our people, with continuous learning and clear routes to progression.
The Law Society of England and Wales
Our solicitors are members of the Law Society of England and Wales, which regulates the issue of annual practising certificates, including satisfaction about levels of professional indemnity insurance cover and contributions to the Solicitors Compensation Fund.
Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners
Our Trusts, Wills and Estates lawyers are members, or training to become members, of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the global professional association for practitioners specialising in family inheritance and succession planning.
Conveyancing Quality Scheme
In 2011 we became one of the first firms in England and Wales to become members of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing.
Family Law Specialist Accreditation
Carmelita Ardren is one of the very few Advanced members of the Law Society's Family Law Specialist Accreditation Scheme in North Yorkshire.

We are members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and subscribe to their Code of Practice, promoting a constructive approach to family issues.
