Michael has experience acting for a variety of clients from individuals to large multi-national corporations dealing with a range of employment issues. In contentious practice, Michael has assisted with employment tribunal cases both for claimants and respondents. Michael’s non-contentious experience includes assisting clients with employment related aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE implications and liabilities, as well as helping clients keep their employment contracts, service agreements, staff handbooks and ancillary documents up to date. Michael also has some experience in dealing with redundancy situations.
