Annette has a wealth of experience acting for both private individuals and corporations in a diverse range of disputes, including defamation actions, shareholder disputes and a vast array of contractual disputes.

Having practiced as a barrister in South Africa, Annette is now a solicitor. She is experienced in the litigation process and can advise clients, from the initial stages of a dispute, how best to progress matters to achieve the most beneficial outcome.

Having gained extensive experience in commercial litigation, she is also developing expertise in the areas of property litigation and contentious probate, working alongside other members of Raworths’ experienced Dispute Resolution team.
