Biography
Lucy advises on family law including divorce procedure, financial settlements including pension sharing and business assets, children issues, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation issues. She also assists in the preparation of Change of Name Deeds.
She is a member of Resolution and is committed to taking a conciliatory approach to resolve family law disputes where possible. Lucy has significant experience in all aspects of family dispute resolution.
Lucy is a member of the local Junior Lawyers Division committee and regularly contributes to the network.
