Jon Healey

Jon advises entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and shareholders in owner managed businesses. He has extensive experience of corporate transactions and commercial agreements, in particular his expertise covers acquisitions and divestments and group reorganisations, share capital restructuring and shareholders agreements.

Jon understands the dynamics of his clients’ businesses to advise on corporate transactions and commercial agreements.

Jon develops long-term relationships with clients who value his calm and commercial approach.

Jon has previously undertaken secondments to in-house legal teams. This gives him a deep understanding of commercial issues and requirements to deliver high-quality corporate and commercial services. Previous experience also includes Walker Morris in Leeds. Jon also practised as a qualified solicitor in New Zealand for nine years.
