John advises owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals involved in a range of commercial property. He regularly provides commercially astute guidance to landlords and tenants on commercial property leases as well as all other landlord and tenant matters.
John also advises on the buying, selling and re-mortgaging of commercial properties and deals with secured business loans. John acts on option agreements for large scale residential developments and agreements for lease conditional on planning permission.
