Catherine specialises in employment law and provides owner managed businesses and SMEs with tailored and practical guidance. She is highly experienced in advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, re-structures, redundancies, TUPE, drafting and advising on contracts and policies, whistleblowing and all aspects of discrimination.

Catherine handles all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims and regularly advises on the use of and negotiation of settlement agreements for those in senior positions.

Catherine provides training to businesses and line managers on a variety of topics as part of the employment team’s seminar programme to inform about employment law.
