Carmelita is an Advanced Family Law specialist, having gained specific accreditation for financial and private children issues. Her expertise includes divorce, financial issues arising on divorce or separation with particular interest in business assets. She regularly advises high net worth individuals and families on family law issues relating to high value and complex assets, as well as pre-nuptial agreements aimed at protecting family wealth.
Carmelita is the only independently recognised, dual accredited advanced specialist in the area, being an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Specialist Panel and an Advanced Member of the Resolution Specialist Family Panel.
