Biography
Alison is a trusted adviser who deals with all aspects of wills, trusts and wider succession and tax issues for high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and families. She also deals with the administration of complex estates, particularly those involving business interests and overseas property.
Alison builds strong relationships with both clients and their other advisers to ensure a seamless and collaborative client service, delivering practical and thoughtful advice.
Prior to joining Raworths, Alison qualified into the corporate tax department at Freshfields before becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor and working as a solicitor. This experience gives Alison a deep understanding of different business and acquisition structures and corporate documents. This is invaluable in advising owner-managed businesses on capital and business tax planning.
