He provides strategic dispute resolution guidance across contentious matters including high value contractual disputes, commercial and private debt recovery matters and professional negligence disputes. In addition to Adam’s commercial work, he regularly advises on disputes concerning property, ranging from boundary disputes to advising on landlord and tenant matters, commercial rent recovery and residential possession matters. He also has experience in complex litigation involving defamation, harassment, shareholder disputes and professional negligence.
