Resolving Disputes

We currently have a Legal Secretary opportunity within our highly ranked Trusts, Wills and Estates team ­-  Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2021, Band 1 for Private Wealth Law in our region and National Leaders (outside London).  Recently nominated at Chambers HNW Awards 2022 for Out-of-London Practice of the Year

As a key member of the team the successful candidate will support fee earners working on a wide range of private client work including probate matters, LPA’s and wills.

Duties for both roles will involve:

  • Operating a digital dictation system for correspondence and documents and Visual Files case management system for client files
  • Providing electronic diary management, arranging client meetings and conference rooms
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with all telephone calls, emails and correspondence efficiently, ensuring clients are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Undertake archiving and filing using the firms paper-lite systems
  • To comply at all times with the firm’s policies and procedures and those set out by the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

Candidates do not need to have previous Legal Secretary experience but do need to be passionate about delivering quality client service, thrive working in a team environment, have strong administration skills and an excellent eye for detail.
