Due to increased levels of M&A activity and other corporate matters we are advising on, for new and existing clients, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic team.
We are looking for a qualified corporate solicitor (up to 7 years PQE) who will share our vision and commitment by consistently delivering high quality work for a range of clients.
You will be working within a fast paced, high performing environment with the support of an experienced and collaborative team. The ability to contribute as a team player (both within the Unit and the wider firm) will be an essential quality for any candidate, given Raworths’ culture and our cohesive and collegiate approach to our work.
You will be working on acquisitions and disposals of companies and their businesses, corporate group restructurings, equity investments and shareholder agreements, share option schemes and a variety of other corporate matters. Any experience or interest in commercial contracts would also be positively received.
