As we move out of restrictions, we are continuing to observe measures to help reduce the spread of Covid. To preserve the health and wellbeing of all our clients and colleagues, some of our colleagues will continue to work remotely to maintain social distancing and provide a safe office environment.
Please continue to call or email your usual Raworths’ contact as normal. Alternatively, you can telephone during office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) on 01423 566 666.
Visiting us in the office
We request that meetings continue to be held by telephone or video conferencing whenever possible. There will be occasions when a face to face meeting is necessary. As we are continuing to observe measures to help reduce the spread of Covid, we request that meetings take place by prior arrangement, so please contact us in advance to make an appointment.
We encourage you to please wear a face covering before entering reception and throughout your visit unless you have a legitimate reason not to. If you would like the person you are meeting to wear a face covering please let us know in advance or on arrival make a member of our Reception Team aware and they will inform the person you are meeting.
We also ask that if you feel unwell or have any Covid symptoms, please do not come to the office.
You can continue to send post to the office in the usual way.
Delivering documents to us
You can drop documents into the letterbox by the front door. The box is checked regularly throughout the day. However, please do not post original documents, such as passports, through the letterbox. Our Reception Team will be happy to assist during office hours. Please call to let us know in advance if you would like to visit.
Certifying clients’ ID documents
We have procedures in place to handle your documents safely in order to avoid cross-contamination. Please call to let us know in advance if you would like to visit so we can avoid large numbers in reception.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.
