Following the latest Government advice, our office is now open.
We will continue to take all possible measures to adapt to the impact of COVID-19 to preserve the health and wellbeing of all our clients and colleagues. For the foreseeable future, many of our teams will continue to work remotely in order to keep numbers in the office to a minimum and provide a COVID-19 safe office environment.
You can continue to call or email your usual Raworths’ contact direct as normal. Alternatively, you can telephone during office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) on 01423 566666.
You can continue to send post to the office in the usual way.
Delivering documents to us
You can drop documents into the letterbox by the front door. The box is checked regularly throughout the day.
Certifying clients’ ID documents
Our Reception team have procedures in place to handle your documents safely in order to avoid cross-contamination. Please call to let us know in advance if you would like to visit so we can avoid large numbers in reception.
Visiting us in the office
We request that meetings continue to be held by telephone or video conferencing whenever possible.
There will be occasions when a face to face meeting is necessary. For the safety of all concerned, meetings can only take place by prior arrangement so please contact us in advance to make an appointment.
We will provide information ahead of your visit about what to expect upon arrival and the measures we have in place to provide the safest possible environment.
We also ask that if you feel unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, you do not come to the office please.
