When marriage or relationship problems occur many questions need answering. We have one of the only Family Law Units in North Yorkshire and can help you.

We subscribe to the Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) Code of Conduct, which is aimed at minimising conflict wherever this is possible, and we have solicitors who are members of the Law Society's Specialist Family Law Panel.

We will advocate the use of family mediation if this is appropriate.
