Simon is a partner and head of Raworths’ Corporate Unit. He was educated at St Peter’s School in York and at Sheffield Hallam University. He joined the firm in 2001, having previously worked for Norton Rose and DLA in Brimingham. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, corporate structure,shareholder issues, commercial agreements and share options.
