Head of Commercial Litigation Unit, Solicitor
Ralph studied law at St Catharine’s College, Cambridge. He trained at chancery firm Trower Still and Keeling in London and was admitted as a solicitor in 1977. He moved to dealing with general litigation in private practice and local government in East Anglia. He was a partner and head of litigation at Archer & Archer in Ely, Cambridgeshire, and was with Ward Hadaway in Darlington and Newcastle before joining Raworths. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association, the former NFU county branch solicitor for Cambridgeshire, and is a member of the Vice-Chancellor’s Chancery and Mercantile Court Users’ Committee.
Ralph joined Raworths in 1994 and is a partner and head of our commercial litigation unit. He has over 25 years’ experience of litigation and civil dispute resolution and specialises in contractual and commercial claims, property and agricultural disputes, professional negligence and regulatory defence work.
