Kerry Waters

Kerry Waters joins Raworths from Clarion in Leeds where she specialised in employment law. Kerry has experience in advising on employment issues in corporate transactions and corporate recovery matters including TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment Regulations) on transfers of business. She is originally from Newcastle and studied law at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and at York College of Law before joining the Lincoln firm of Sills and Betteridge as a trainee. After completing her training contract, Kerry specialised in employment and commercial litigation before moving to Beetensen and Gibbon in Grimsby where she headed the employment team. This was followed by a move to McCormicks Solicitors in Leeds which became Clarion Solicitors in 2007.
