Madeline Emptage of Raworths LLP, Harrogate’s leading law firm, has qualified as a solicitor. Madeline is from Harrogate and was educated at 
Ashville College, Leeds Metropolitan University and the College of Law in York. She joined Raworths in 2004 as a trainee, having also worked in the telecommunications industry and in recruitment. Madeline is part of the commercial property team under the leadership of partner Jo Thirsk. Managing partner Christopher Butterworth says, ‘Madeline has been one of a number of trainees to join Raworths in the last few years as part of our policy to develop talent from within the firm as well as attract expertise from outside. We are delighted she is now qualified and look forward to a promising career at Raworths.’
