Raworths LLP, Harrogate’s leading firm of solicitors, has appointed two new partners, Justine Hardy and Robert Minors, bringing the number of partners at the firm to twelve.
Justine Hardy joined Raworths in 1999 from Walker Morris in Leeds. She was educated at King James’ School, Knaresborough, where she later served as a school governor, and at the University of Wales at Swansea, studying economic history. She qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and specialises in probate, wills, trusts and tax planning. She is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section.
Rob Minors specialises in commercial litigation, including intellectual property, insolvency and inheritance disputes. He joined Raworths in 2002 from a specialist London West End firm. Rob studied English Literature at Sheffield University and later worked as a self-employed drummer before changing direction to qualify as a solicitor.
Managing partner, Christopher Butterworth says, ‘Both these talented individuals have more than proved their ability to operate in the present demanding environment and these appointments are richly deserved. Further new appointments in both the private client and commercial teams are anticipated in the next few weeks.’
